Susan, Just wanted you to know that the mattress topper and comforter we ordered are like sleeping in the middle of a big fluffy cloud on a spring day. The summer comforter is great for year round here in Texas. From the very first nght, my husband and I fell in love with them. (And so did our cats!) Due to my nightly power surges, I must admit that I was skeptical about it keeping me cool but to my amazment, IT DOES! I highly recommend these to everyone who has trouble getting a good night's sleep. Can hardly wait for the new cervical pillows to come out. Pam P Texas

We received the queen wool mattress pad and summer weight wool comforter and are enjoying them immensely. It's like sleeping on a cloud....soft, cozy and warm. It's great to know I'm not breathing toxic fumes from fire retardants or chemicals in the mattress material. We love the softness under us while at the same time there is great support. Thanks for making an excellent product!

Just a quick note to let you know that the topper and comforter just arrived safe and sound... and a day early too.We unpacked the box and were relieved to find that all of the sizes are absolutely perfect. Thank you. The quality is also superb: everything we had hoped for. We couldn't resist giving the topper a quick try out. Both our reactions were simply "wow", so soft and luxurious. I've been meaning to write and share my reaction to the Surround Sleep mattress topper.Last October I purchased a queen-size ultimate wool mattress topper from your company. I first looked into wool toppers after a friend bought a natural latex mattress and wool topper and told me how much she loved the comfort of the wool. I looked at the site she purchased her topper from, but wasn't impressed with their products. I then did an exhaustive internet search of all sources of wool toppers, comparing design, thickness, amount of wool, and price. After doing my homework, it was clear to me that you offered the best design, quality, and value.
I opted for the ultimate rather than the standard version of the mattress topper for two reasons. First, I had a new, very low platform bed and thought the bed would look better with the added height offered by the extra thick ultimate mattress topper. Second, the mattress topper was going to be used on an older box spring mattress which, although it appeared in good condition, was beginning to reflect the years of use in terms of support. I thought the extra thick ultimate mattress topper would allow me to delay replacing the mattress.
I've been sleeping on the mattress topper for three months now. Oh my God! It is so incredibly comfortable. That cliché everyone uses - "it's just like sleeping on a cloud" - is true. The whole body is just cosseted in this wonderful natural material that mysteriously is both soft and supportive. I've been enjoying the most restful sleep I've experienced in years.
I've been so pleased with the mattress topper that I am considering replacing the box spring mattress with a wool mattress. One question is whether the slat system on the platform bed would provide sufficient support for a wool mattress?

I just wanted to write to let you know what a difference the mattress topper has made. For too long I was waking up with numb arms, a stiff neck, and back pain. My massage therapist said I needed to stretch out more, but that did not have the same dramatic difference as putting the mattress topper on my bed. We *LOVE* our ultimate sleep system!
I have bilateral Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) with bulging and herniated discs. I have not been sleeping on my left side for about 3 years because it is too painful. However, the first night we had our SOOTHE EWE I have been sleeping pain free, something I have not done in years.
I recommend your products without reservation to those with TOS, dics problems or anyone that has difficulty sleeping.

I received my Soothe Ewe Mattress Topper approximately 2 weeks ago and I just had to write to let you know that I absolutely love it!!. I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about it but then it arrived and I slept on it my first night. I couldn't believe it, I slept all night - haven't done that for years, even more delightfully surprising was when I woke up at the unusual hour of 10 am the following morning to find out for the first time in years, I didn't wake up with a headache and my neck wasn't stiff and my shoulders weren't sore and aching. Even my feet felt better. See I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. Before receiving my Soothe Ewe Sleep System I thought a full nights sleep and freedom from pain was over for me. I have not awoken with a headache or stiff neck or shoulder pain since getting my mattress topper. And I've only had one night that I didn't sleep all night long and that was because of an unusual stress situation. I've been using the "Soothe Ewe™" mattress topper and coverlet for over a month now. As you know, I began with the "heavy" mattress toppers and then needed to move to "Ultimate" which gave me so much more relief! At first, I was skeptical and hesitant to spend more money, but had I not done that with your support, I would not have experienced the deep sleep and relief that the thicker layer provided. For the past five years, I have awakened 4-5 times a night because of pain from Fibromyalgia and degenerating discs and joints. I now sleep through the night, every night. Once I crawl into my "cocoon" at night, I feel wrapped in relief. It's the only time I do not have pain. What amazed me is that, although it feels soft, somehow it is still holding and supporting my body and keeping the trigger points that people with Fibromyalgia are so familiar with away from the hard surface of a regular bed. We'll, there's good news and bad news since I purchased my Soothe Ewe™ Mattress Topper. With arthritis, fibromyalgia, and polymyalgia, my sleep was less than comfortable. It was miserable, to be honest. Now, when I sink into my mattress topper (of course, the addition of the Snuggle Ewe™ Comforter adds to the deliciousness of my nights) I am without pain almost immediately. I don't even need to use a hot pad anymore when I ache. This has made a tremendous difference in my life and I cannot imagine living with out these products.
Here's where the bad news comes in. I recently spent 10 days in California. I cannot believe how difficult my nights were without anything but an expensive hard mattress in my little hotel. There was no way that I could get comfortable, and it seemed as if I was tossing and turning all too much. When I got back home, it took a couple of nights: but I was able to regain the "wonderfulness" in my body, having retuned to my Soothe Ewe™ Mattress Topper duet. You may not remember me, but I came to you last fall and had an mattress topper made. I was suffering from Fibromyalgia. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to the mattress topper, but without it I can't stay in bed more than a few minutes. With the mattress topper, I can at least sleep for 4-6 hours a night. I am currently trying to talk to my husband into letting me get the quilt. I also want to get a travel mattress topper sometime this summer. Last Sunday I had to go to the hospital and have an appendectomy done. I spent 3 days in the hospital and I dearly missed my mattress topper. After I continuously complained about missing my mattress topper, my friends started asking about it. They now seem interested in checking them out. Do you still have your shop open during the week for visitors? If so, what are your visiting hours? If your shop is open to the public, then I might stop in soon.

As you know, I have had moderate to severe lower back and hip arthritis pain for years. I would have a lot of trouble sleeping at night and have soreness in the morning upon arising and have it all day.
I purchased an Mattress Topper and a pillow and I can't believe the difference when I get up in the mornings. I don't have the soreness that I had every day. I still can get back pain if I over-do but I know I'm going to find comfort when I go to bed. I can't believe the difference. It's wonderful!!!!!!
I have two 12 year old Shih-Tzu's. One of my dogs, Yippie, was starting to limp and I thought he must be getting a little arthritis in his hips, too. They sleep on my bed at night and they really started to enjoy the Mattress Topper. So much so that they were stealing my pillow to sleep on during the night. So I called you to make two wool "doggie" pillows for them. I put those on the chairs they like to sleep on during the day. Well, they liked them so much that I couldn't get them to come upstairs when it was time for bed! They wanted to stay on their "doggie" pillows. I have waited to send you a "testimony" about my Soothe Pad as I wanted to sleep on it for a while. And I have.
I love it. I have a hard time finding words to express how it feels. It reminds me of what it may be like to lay down on a soft white cloud to sleep. Firm, yet soft. I live in Sacramento California and to be quite honest I was very skeptical on the claim that it would keep me cool in the summer. How can "wool" keep you "cool"? Well I can't answer that question, but it does. In the past few days we have seen our temperature reach over 100 degrees. Being married to a man who "hates the air conditioning" and prefers to sleep with the window open and the ceiling fan on, believe me when I say, I was very skeptical of anything keeping me "cool". Well, the Soothe does. You have an incredible product! In fact, I can think of only one thing I like as well as my Soothe pad, and that is the pillow you sent me.

How We Helped Betsy
Betsy Erickson, 51, of Wales, Wis., has found relief from her hip and back pain not from a new drug or a new technology, but from something natural that's been around for centuries. Wool!
After purchasing a Soothe Ewe™ Mattress Topper and a Hug Ewe™ Pillow six months ago, she's noticed a remarkable improvement in her pain. "Every morning I used to get up and walk real gingerly over to the dresser to work the kinks out," she says. "I can't believe the difference when I get up in the morning now after sleeping on the wool underquilt. I don't have the soreness I used to have every day."
Diagnosed with moderate to severe hip and lower back arthritis, Betsy has lived with pain since her late 20s. Over the years, she's tried everything her doctor has recommended – medical tests, drugs, physical therapy, cortisone injections. By her estimation, she's spent tens of thousands of dollars seeking relief from her pain. And not only that, but as she says, "Some of the things they were trying made it worse." An allergic reaction to cortisone landed her in the hospital for a ten-day stay.
