How To Get A Good Night's Sleep
Here are some tips for getting a good night's sleep with your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt, Snuggle Ewe™ Comforter, and the other Kerry Hills Family of natural wool bedding products.
- Sleep with the wool products as close to your skin as possible. Wearing light cotton sleepwear will allow your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt to make the most of wool's sleep-enhancing benefits. Do not wear silk, polyester or flannel pajamas.
- Naturally, this wool fleecebunk offers a weight support structure like none other...only wool has the ability to support and distribute your body weight away from pressure points and tender points.
- First, place your box spring on your bed frame, then your mattress covered by your fitted sheet. Place your coverlet on the Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt and place it on top of your mattress. By placing your underquilt in its custom made coverlet on top of your fitted sheet and mattress, you will be assured that the Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt will give you what you have been looking for, an uninterrupted nights sleep which allows you to wake pain free.
- Fluff and turn your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt every time you wash your bedding.
- Remove your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt from your bed about every three months and air it out by placing it outside on a blanket for a few hours on a breezy day. Do NOT machine wash or dry clean wool products.
- You may send your Soothe Ewe™ Underquilt or Snuggle Ewe™ Comforter back to us every three years for renewal if you so desire.
- Travel a lot? Purchase a Carry Ewe™ Traveler to take with you and enjoy a good night's sleep even away from home! The carrying case protects it and makes traveling with it a breeze.
Sweet Dreams!
