However, after years of use you may wish restore your product back to its original quality. Each product returned for renewal is dismantled, its wool removed, checked and cleaned, more wool is added and then reassembled with an ALL NEW cotton fabric outer covering.

The result is a product that looks and feels brand new! All products come with a Renewal Certificate explaining the details of our Surround Ewe Renewal Program and how to schedule an appointment for your product.

Call us to schedule your product renewal and we'll turn it within 24 hours. For local customers, drop off you item in the morning and we'll have it ready in the afternoon. You won't miss even one night's sleep.

Pillows are very personal. What happens when you sleep on it for a few nights and its not right? Stop!! No need to toss it. Pick up the phone, call our customer service, and tell us what it would take to make the pillow perfect. Upon authorization, we will make a new pillow to your specifications and ship it to you. Place your old one in the box and ship it back to us. If we have not received the old pillow within 15 days, we will simply bill you for the new pillow. It is as easy as that!
