The Wool Bed Company™ Terms and Conditions

Federal law prohibits the resale of mattresses and bedding products that have been used and requires manufacturers to mark and tag the materials. Because our products are custom, hand-made to order, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If our products are defective in anyway, we will replace the defective product with a new one at our expense. The Wool Bed Company™ will cover shipping and handling to return the replacement products to the customer only after the original product is deemed defective. Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred to send the product to The Wool Bed Company™.
