If a product is found to be defective within 30 days from the day the items are shipped, The Wool Bed Company will replace the defective items at our expense.  If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the product and pay shipping charges to return product to you. Valid claims will be at the sole discretion of The Wool Bed Company. Customers will pay to return products found not to be defective. 

A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the item, returns must be accompanied by the RMA # you receive when calling us with a defective return request.

At any time will gladly renew your Soothe Ewe^™ Mattress Topper or Mattress, Snuggle Ewe^™ Comforters, Hug Ewe^™ Pillows and Pet Bedding. It will be taken apart, the wool renewed, new wool added, and the cover replaced. All Wool Bedding Renewals are done by appointment.
